But for now I am accepting concealed cash only. We're happy to have each and ever donation, so sending $1 is perfectly okay. Unlike the Americans our $1 are coins - not notes, so it's preferable you try to avoid sending large amounts of coins if possible. However, if your donation is over $15 you may not wish to send the cash through the mail, so contact me and we can arrange to send the money by other means, such as a personal check, direct deposit or PayPal. Also, please understand that I, or anyone else taking in donations, will NOT be responsible for lost mail. Sorry. Generally Australia post is pretty good though, so we should be fine.

An extra note to any New Zealanders, I understand you've changed your coins so we can no longer use them interchangably so I'm afraid I can't take New Zealand cash. However if you would still like to make a donation contact me and we'll work something out. As I mentioned above Paypal donations will open at a later date.

On the outside of you envelope, please write 「CLAMP ANNIVERSARY FANBOOK」somewhere, preferably on the back’s opening fold. That way it can easily be distinguished from the other pieces of mail and would faciliate the process. :]
 

Ready to donate? Please leave a comment with the following:
 

Name→ Name that will be witten on the envelope.
Preferred Name→ The name you want written in the book under the credits page.
E-mail→ Where you can be reached outside of lj; very important if you leave an anonymous comment.
Amount→ How much money you will be sending.
Location*→ State or Country (if outside Australia but sending Australian cash)

*I don't need your address, but this gives me a rough idea on how long I'll be waiting for mail.

Unless otherwise stated donations will be assumed to be in Australian dollars.


All comments are screened; anonymous comments are turned on. Once you reply, I will send a confirmation comment (or e-mail, for those of you who are anonymous) with my address. You will then send out your money and once I receive it, I will update this post with your lj username (or preferred name if anonymous) and the amount that I received.
